Belle Acres Makes HUGE Real Estate Deal
Belle Acres has sold its parking lot across the street to The Crosland Corporation. We sold this incredibly valuable piece of real estate for the exact amount we paid for it. We did, however, obtain 35 parking spaces for you, the Valued Club Member, on the Trolley line for perpetuity.
The Crosland Corporation plans to put a three story complex on the 4 acre plus parcel. The first floor will be retail, the 2nd & 3rd will be residential. This development will be on the Trolley Line, which will run to Scaleybark by the end of next year. This investment in Belle Acres again came at no added expense to the Valued Member.
Belle Acres Membership Drive
Our newest members are Ron Covington, Phil Rash and Chaki Diehl. We at Belle Acres would like to thank Ron, Phil and Chaki for their incredible bad judgment and, for their sponsors, please look under the tree for a little something extra. I can understand Michael selling out a neighbor, but Mike and Bill, they're family!
Our membership drive is still progressing nicely and we now have 330 members. Once we reach 350 members, we will raise our piddling initiation fee of $2,500 to $3,000. When the club becomes self sufficient, we will again cut off new memberships completely. The projected cutoff number is 450.
For our long time and faithful members, we have reduced our renewals to $250. Again, thank you, and here are our newest members:
